An Aipom Council?

Unless the Aipom forums have one already, I thought the staff members (not just people who are in the Moderator or Administrator GROUP only) could discuss things to do with other Member's behaviour and contribution towards the forums well-being. They could communicate over PMs by sending their message to all the people in those groups. However, this would mean anyone who does not have power towards the site (banning people, etc) would have to resign from the group unless the Administrators and Moderators accept them into it.

Ignore this if you like, but I think it would be much better for the forum. My reason being because say that Ambipom wants to ban someone, but Aipom and Shadow don't, Ambipom may well do so without knowing that Aipom and Shadow don't want them to, this might cause a ruck. Ambipom can state this feeling to ALL of the Staff Members where they can discuss Pros and Cons about the specific member.

This could be like a court... lol. No Judge, just a defendant, and a jury.. lol.

I'll put this idea into action. I think it would be better when we had just a few more members. Maybe... 30?

I like the idea - it seems like it could work well and as Slasher says, would prevent misunderstandings and arguments between everyone and keeps all of the staff in the loop about different members. I do think we need to wait until we get more members though.
