So why would we don't we do Project Overgrow on a day that More members can thurally join?

Let me reiterate what Aipom said earlier. We are working on 'Project Overgrow' to prepare Aipom Forums for when more members join. We have added new sections and sub-sections on various topics on which members may want to talk about in the future. Again, although we may not need some of the new sections yet, we anticipate that sometime in the near future we may do so.

Mhm... So we are one step ahead of everything else, but we can't prepare it to big. If we do, then if we don't get too many other members, then they will be confused on why the forum is so big.
